Breakfast Blueberry Dilla

Tuesday, June 17, 2014

Ingredients:
2 whole wheat tortillas
Philadelphia honey pecan cream cheese
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Heat Stove to a medium-high heat.

While it’s warming up, smear cream cheese on one of the tortillas and top with an even layer of blueberries.

Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Grill the “quesadilla” about 2 minutes a side until the bread crisps and the blueberries defrost.

Cut and enjoy!

This is a way you can accomplish this recipe without having to go out and buy a quesadilla maker like shown in the picture! But if you happen to have one, go for it! It makes it even easier than it already is!! The reason I love this so much is because its so easy, not a lot of ingredients, && taste amazing!! All three of which I need in the mornings. Breakfast is like my favorite meal of the day{&the most important}.

P.S. Be careful of the blueberry juice. It will drip a little but surprisingly everything holds together very well, and it didn't make as much of a mess as I thought it would.

Anywho..eat up and have a FAB day
xoxo, priss
